# Terms.

These terms apply to your use of the website prism.tm. By using the website you accept them. They do not grant a licence to the Prism software, which will come with its own terms when it is made available.

## Information on this website

The website describes Prism and its planned editions. Prism is not yet available for download, and editions marked "coming soon" are not available. Descriptions of features, prices and editions are general information, not an offer, and may change before Prism becomes available. Any right to use Prism will be granted only under the licence or agreement that comes with it, on the terms stated there.

Performance figures on the website describe the measurements stated next to them, on the hardware and under the conditions described there. Other hardware and configurations will give different results.

The comparison page describes other products as shown on their public pages on the date stated on that page. These details may have changed since; each product's own pages are authoritative. Product names are trademarks of their owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by them.

## Using the website

You may read the website and share links to it. You may not use it in a way that harms the website or other users, including attempts to break its security, overload it, or send spam through its forms.

Automated access, including by search engines and AI systems and for text and data mining, is allowed to the extent [robots.txt](https://prism.tm/robots.txt) permits it, provided it does not overload the website. The plain-text copies at [/llms.txt](https://prism.tm/llms.txt), [/llms-full.txt](https://prism.tm/llms-full.txt) and the Markdown version of each page are provided for that purpose.

The website's text and design belong to AEGIS ALPHA SA or its licensors. The Prism name and logo, as used for this product, are names and marks of AEGIS ALPHA SA.
